WatchGas QGM - IR a 4 GAS DETECTOR with 2 months run time on 1 charge

Day in, day out, your workers have to charge their portable multi gas detectors so they can keep testing for the presence of combustible gases, H2S, CO, and O2.

The WatchGas QGM is a versatile multi-gas monitor engineered to keep you and your staff safe while working in hazardous environments. The WatchGas QGM offers detection for up to four different gases.

The WatchGas QGM monitors Oxygen, Hydrogen Sulfide, Carbon Monoxide and combustible gasses (LEL) s. When the concentrations of these gases exceed the alarm thresholds, the WatchGas QGM alerts the user by vibrating, flashing LEDs and a 95dB acoustic alarm. An integrated data- and event logger registers measure values, as well as peak and average values, alarms, calibration dates and bump test information for up to two months. All logs can be downloaded to your PC through the WatchGas IR-link software.

The QGM is available as a 1 to 4-gas monitor.

A catalytic LEL sensor comes as standard. Alternatively, you can specify your QGM with a NDIR LEL sensor. The NDIR LEL sensor consumes less energy, enhancing the battery life to up to two months on a single charge.

The IR LEL sensor has a few other advantages as well. It can measure combustible gases in the absence of Oxygen, making it more usefull in environments where Oxygen levels may vary. Furthermore, it is less susceptible to poisoning by silicone and Sulfur. Furthermore, the QGM can measure Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide and Hydrogen Sulfide.
